La ubicación, si bien no es en el centro de Valencia, el metro se encuentra literal a 2 cuadras, y en 9 minutos estas en pleno centro de ciudad, totalmente accesible, y te mantienes lejos del ruido de la ciudad.. Además, estaba impecablemente limpio, lo cual siempre es un detalle importante para mí. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento a cualquiera que esté buscando un lugar cómodo y acogedor para quedarse. Para agregar, Rubén se mostró siempre muy amable y atento a todas nuestras necesidades. Recomendado 100%.

  Hemos pasado unos días alojados en el alojamiento de Eva y Ruben.Esta situado en una zona tranquila,próximo a restaurantes y diferentes supermercados,perfecto para conocer la ciudad de Valencia y sus... read more alrededores.El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y ordenado y con todo lo necesario para tener una cómoda estancia,dispone de dos ascensores y una amplia plaza de aparcamiento en el mismo edificio con acceso directo al alojamiento.
Ruben ha sido una excelente anfitrión siendo muy flexible con el horario de entrada respondiendo a nuestras dudas y recomendando lugares de ocio y restauración.
Alojamiento totalmente recomendable para cuatro personas,gracias por todo Ruben!!

Ook de supermarkt ligt om de hoek. Prima locatie voor een weekend weg of een langer verblijf.

  I stayed about a month in Eva & Ruben’s flat with my dog and we felt right at home. There is plenty of light, space, and privacy. Plus, the... read more kitchen has all the amenities you would need to cook every night. There is a dog park right next to the apartment, a train station only a few minutes walk that takes you to the center in 10 minutes, and the private car garage is simply amazing.
I didn’t have to move my car at all because there are bakeries, a vet, supermarket, restaurants, all right next to the flat.
In addition, the hosts are so friendly. If I needed anything they responded immediately. Thank you both for making this experience so easy for us!
