Muy amables y atentos

There is a private parking so it is very comfortable to leave the car if you have one. Nearby you have supermarkets and grocery stores.

Ruben was very helpful and assisted us with any questions. We would love to stay again.

Die Garage auch top und ein Plus, die Autobahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 5 Minuten entfernt, der Strand in 15 Minuten...Ruben, vielen Dank! hasta pronto

We stayed for a month and it felt like home.

Place is as described. Walking distance to chikdren playground, bars, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets as well as the bus stops... read more or train station.
We cooked and had many meals in because we travel with a baby. Taking the train to valencia city center was easy and straight forward.
They managed to provide a high chair for our baby which made our lives easier when the baby had to eat.
If we ever have to go back to that area for certain will beek again the apartment.
