There is a private parking so it is very comfortable to leave the car if you have one. Nearby you have supermarkets and grocery stores.

Ruben was very helpful and assisted us with any questions. We would love to stay again.

L’accueil était très chaleureux le premier jour d’arrivée. Une bouteille d’eau et de vin avaient été déposé dans le réfrigérateur. Très belle intention qui nous a fait vraiment plaisir.   Belle appartement, bien organisé, bien situé à 25min de la plage du port, à 15min du centre-ville et autres centre commerciaux en voiture. La propreté ... read more de l appartement est impeccable , l equipement est au top et la proximité du train RER pour acceder au centre ville est vraiment un avantage. Merci beaucoup Eva pour la qualité du logement qui a rendu notre séjour à Valence plus agreable. Si on revient à valence un jour, on connait très bien la bonne adresse!

Place is as described. Walking distance to chikdren playground, bars, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets as well as the bus stops... read more or train station.
We cooked and had many meals in because we travel with a baby. Taking the train to valencia city center was easy and straight forward.
They managed to provide a high chair for our baby which made our lives easier when the baby had to eat.
If we ever have to go back to that area for certain will beek again the apartment.

  I stayed about a month in Eva & Ruben’s flat with my dog and we felt right at home. There is plenty of light, space, and privacy. Plus, the... read more kitchen has all the amenities you would need to cook every night. There is a dog park right next to the apartment, a train station only a few minutes walk that takes you to the center in 10 minutes, and the private car garage is simply amazing.
I didn’t have to move my car at all because there are bakeries, a vet, supermarket, restaurants, all right next to the flat.
In addition, the hosts are so friendly. If I needed anything they responded immediately. Thank you both for making this experience so easy for us!
